Sive Brassil was born in Galway in in 1994. She has always been very passionate about sport. She has been running, swimming and horse riding since she was 7. When she found out about Modern Pentathlon in 5th class, she decided her dream was to represent Ireland at the Olympics in Pentathlon. She lives in Dublin and trains 6 days a week, with 3-4 sessions a day. She is currently training to qualify for the Paris Olympics and wants to bring home a gold medal for Ireland.
