Shane O’Donoghue
HOCKEY
Shane was born in Dublin in the suburbs of Knocklyon in 1992. From a young age, Shane played every sport he could from hockey to Gaelic football, hurling and rugby. Sport was in Shane’s blood, but hockey was always his first choice when it came to sport. Shane excelled from a young age and was regularly selected for both Leinster and Ireland right through to where he is today. He always has and still to this day, loves be part of team sports, giving max effort and most of all, enjoying everything sport has to offer.
