Sarah Quinn was born in Mayo in 1998. She was always a lover of various sports including running, ballet, basketball, football and soccer. She started athletics at the age of 8 through Community Games and then joined St. Colemans club when she was 11. While she had a little success as a juvenile athlete, it was not until Sarah joined her current training group with coach Brendan Glynn in NUI Galway, that she really started to excel and move up the ranks in the 100m hurdles. Since then, she has represented Ireland on the European stage and is un pursuit of her Olympic dream!

Most rewarding moment in sport: Anytime I get to wear an Irish vest!
Talents other than sport:I really enjoy ballet and danced for 14 years. I am also a florist and trained under my Dad for over 8 years!
