Clare Cryan

DIVING

ClareCryanRound

Clare Cryan, born in 1993 has always been sporty. Her grandparents called her the hooligan as she would rush from one sport to the other. Clare played soccer and tennis as well as dancing and gymnastics whilst also diving! Clare’s’ family in Ireland still run the family farms in Sligo and Roscommon. With little breakthrough as a junior, Clare continued diving practice throughout school and University but took a break in 2016 to be a show performer on a cruise ship. Having missed competitive sport Clare returned to Ireland in 2017 to embark on this new chapter to qualify as Irelands first female Olympic diver!
